What we build

From the ledger board out.

A deck is framing first. The boards and railings you pick go on a structure sized for the span, flashed where it meets the house and footed below the frost line.

Composite decks Trex and TimberTech, with the railing systems made for them.
Wood decks Pressure-treated framing and decking, cedar where it shows.
Stairs and railings Aluminum, cable or cedar, built to the code for the drop.
Screened porches Under a deck or on their own, with a door that closes right.
Under-deck drainage A dry patio or porch below an elevated deck.
Deck lighting Low-voltage lights in the risers, posts and rail caps.
