Terms
This site is here to explain what we do and to let you ask for an inspection. The work itself is governed by the contract you sign, not by this page.
Using this site
This website is run by Orthos Construction. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site; you can still call or write to us.
Estimates aren't contracts
An inspection, photo report, estimate or quote tells you what we found and what we'd propose. It is not a contract. Work starts only under a written contract that you and we both sign, and that contract sets the scope, price and schedule.
If we find something during the work that the quote couldn't see, like soft decking under the old shingles, we'll show you photos and price it before doing it.
Warranties
Materials carry the manufacturer's warranty, on the manufacturer's terms. Our workmanship warranty is whatever your signed contract says, written in before you sign. Nothing on this website creates a warranty of its own.
Insurance claims
We document damage and can meet your adjuster, but your insurance company decides your claim. We can't promise an outcome or a payout, and we don't waive or absorb deductibles; Georgia law doesn't allow it.
What's on the site
- The hail swaths on our maps are illustrative samples, not official storm reports.
- Prices, timelines and descriptions are general. Your quote is the one that counts.
- We try to keep everything accurate but provide the site as it is, without guarantees that it's complete or error-free.
Text messages and your information
